Thrust Ball Bearings are kind of separable bearings, and be made up of, balls, the cage and the washer with the raceway. Contact angle is 90 °. Subject to the structure, we have single direction thrust ball bearings and double-direction thrust ball bearings. For the single direction thrust ball bearings, they can support axial load only from the single direction, while for double-direction thrust ball bearings, they can carry axial load from two directions. However, both of the two kinds of bearings can not carry radial load and its speed are very low. Thrust ball bearings are mainly used in automobile and machine tools.
